This is so cool! I love this kind of thing. It’s really pretty enamel painted brass shield with double swords hanging they it. You can remove the swords. It’s made to hang on the wall, and it has a very good “wall presence” definitely noticeable! The enamel paint shoes some age but all in all It’s in good vintage condition.
