I couldn't describe it any better myself! Kentuckians love to entertain and feed people, this is an awesome find! It’s filled with great recipes and lots of photos from days and food of Derby’s past. It’s in good vintage condition, but if you look at the photos it looks to me like maybe the binding ripped at the spiral’s and it was glued?!? I’m not sure, but maybe. But it looks great if so!
There is also an easy to use recipe index in the back of the cookbook.
