Listing is for ONE never used vintage birthday card or Get Well Card
These are great, one is downright cruel but they are straight up honest and the comedy from back then just cracks me up! I have 5 different cards, all have never been used.
The cards we have are;
The Red Nosey one- this one has a long pop our nose on the inside. On the back it has a long noses man in a hat and it says “ Hope Y’ Got a Million a Dem!”
The guy pulling his hair - it says “another birthday” on the inside straight up mean with “You’ll never get out of this world alive” woah!! / it also said “So has fun as much as you can NOW” on the back and it has the guy smiling and being kissed on either cheek by a brunette and a blonde!
The Surgery one - this is the only one that’s a Get Well Card. On the front it has the snoozing patient and this crazy surgeon with a huge knife... ummm where’s the scalpel?!?! It says “When A Doctor has a knife and his patients fast asleep there’s no telling where he’ll cut nor how wide and deep” On the inside it has a crazy screaming patient looking under the covers and screaming “Hey Doc” and it says “so now that he’s worked on you and your getting back to par, you’d better check for certain that he didn’t go too far.
Night time city scene is a Birthday Card that says “to help you celebrate your birthday id like to take you to a show complete with wine and eats — But I find I can’t go with you So - I’m sending ——— “ then on the inside it has two outhouses... yes outhouses, with pop open doors and it says “TWO CHOICE SEATS” and it says “Many Happy Returns!” I mean what on earth do these outhouses have to do with the front of this card? It’s a trip! / on the back... you guessed it, two outhouses in love...
The toast guy— this one says “Jeres a toast to you on your birthday - and another cuz it’s no trouble. I want you to know I mean it” on the inside a double visions dude who’s saying “Sho I’m shending my wishes DOUBLE” on the back a drunk guy under the table holding his glass and it says “Whoopee! It’sh your Birthday!”
They are all in great vintage condition.
