This is a very cool table lamp! I don’t know much about these and this one doesn’t have any markings or tags. I believe it was made by Akron and is the Diamond 120 model. I do know it’s a twin mantle gas lamp, with a brass tank on the bottom and a gorgeous milk glass lamp shade. It has scratches from basic wear and tear and the edges of the shade are rough, but I don’t see any cracks, there might b a tiny chip at top/inside of shade (see last photo) please see ALL photos and ask for more if you still aren’t sure, this item is bear 100 years old and to me looks amazing to me but does have some wear and tear.
