This is an adorable “ugly" dog sweater. It has long sleeves and various dogs and things on the front, sleeves and back! As far as I can tell it is in good vintage condition although it’s possible it once had fancier buttons because these buttons button on the inside and not the outside. I hope I’m explaining that right.
