This is a very pretty 70’s or maybe 60’s red chiffon layered dress, designed by Jay Anderson. It’s a long maxi dress style with a belted waist and long sleeves. zips so pretty and would look remarkable on stage as a theater or film costume. Many other uses for it as well. It’s in very good vintage condition.
