This is a lovely 90s unbranded one piece shorts outfit. Im not sure what the material is but it’s really lightweight and flowey. It zips up the back and has a little tie belt to cinch it in the back. It’s in good vintage condition BUT it has a teeny hole on the shoulder area, (see photo).
